The Freedom Party of Canada promotes “Total Freedom of Speech”… you can say whatever hateful thing you want… it is your right. Because Globalist governments like Trudeau’s want to define “hate speech” as whatever opposes them. Defining hate speech always puts one group at an advantage over another. The Freedom Party of Canada will put the following “Canada Protest Law” in place along with the following penalties for obstructing the law of defying the law: 1) No person or group may protest within 500 metres of any registered place of worship. The key word is “registered”. A person cannot stand out near the street and say “Where I stand is now a place of worship”. The place of worship must have a physical building that is registered for that purpose. Examples are Christian churches, Muslim Mosques, Jewish Synagogues etc. If a place of worship is not registered under the new law, then protests may take place outside of that location. Penalty - $10,000 fine 2) No person or group may protest within 100 metres of any registered business in Canada. The registered business must have a building and a sign out front that identifies the business. Home based businesses do not fall under this section of the law. Businesses in front of the Ottawa parliament buildings do not fall under this section. 3) No person may Doxx (make their personal information or residency public) another person or group and they may not protest closer than 100 metres from anyone’s personal residence. Penalty: 5 years in Prison. 4) No religious group may have religious ceremonies (including prayers) on streets, roads, boulevards, highways, town halls or squares, inside businesses or shopping malls, in parking lots for businesses or malls, in town squares, on government property, in or on the property for public sporting events or musical events and to block any form of transportation including airports, bus stations, rail stations and railway tracks. This law does not preclude individuals from speaking publicly or informing the public about any religion and it’s merits. Should a situation not be included here but in the spirt of this law, a judge feels that another area falls under this jurisdiction, then it shall apply to the law. 5) Any person using a motor vehicle to run down other citizens (or attempt to) will receive a jail for life sentence. 6) National protests may occupy streets and/or sidewalks and the land of the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa provided that on streets there is at least 1 lane constantly open for traffic to get by and that people can still walk by on sidewalks. These protests may not last longer than 2 weeks. 7) No protester may have their face covered by a scarf, mask or any other face covering at a protest. Should their face be covered, they may be taken away by police and charged a fine of $10,000. If you insist in protesting in -30 degree weather, that’s your problem! 8) Any protester that makes a motion towards someone not in their protest group that is violent or attempted violence, will be arrested and fined $10,000 and/or jailed for a period of no less than 1 year if they hurt someone. If someone is maimed for life or killed due to their actions, it will be a “life sentence” in jail. 9) No person may protest or vandalize within 500 metres of any cemetery. Vandalism to the cemetery will be a $100,000 fine. Protest within or closer than 500 metres - $10,000 fine. 10) No person at any protest may have any kind of smoke bomb (or release smoke of any colour into the atmosphere), may not use any kind of paint etc. 11) No person may block or obstruct any other person in any way from entering any building of their choice, whether it be personal, business, political or religious. But vandalizing Jewish-owned businesses, targeting Jewish hospitals, intimidating Jewish people taking their kids to daycare, blockading overpasses in Jewish neighbourhoods, firebombing Jewish community centres, calling for violence in front of synagogues and protesting in front of the Holocaust Memorial Centre—all of which we have seen continuously since October 7th—must be denounced, publicly, in the strongest terms. Pro- Palestinian demonstrators can no longer plausibly deny that their movement is thoroughly contaminated with hateful antisemitism. In some instances, the hate has been obviously inspired by Jihadism. Last week, protestors at a Montreal synagogue jeered at pro-Israel counter-protestors declaring that “every single tree and rock that you guys are going to touch will surely be free.” This was a coded call for violence and a reference to a long-standing antisemitic Hadith that is repeated in Article 7 of Hamas’ charter: “The Day of Judgement will not come about until Moslems fight Jews and kill them. Then, the Jews will hide behind rocks and trees, and the rocks and trees will cry out: ‘O Moslem, there is a Jew hiding behind me, come and kill him.” “Yes, you can march with passion. The truckers’ Freedom Convoy protest caught the nation and the world by surprise as thousands of Canadians crossed the country to establish an encampment in Ottawa to protest pandemic restrictions. The protest was peaceful but the government’s response was not, as the Emergencies Act was invoked and police forcibly removed the demonstrators from the streets of Ottawa. The protest inspired panic within the government, as it had never dealt with such an action from citizens. While the government’s response did bring the protest to an end, it also entrenched a distrust of the state among many Canadians that remains with them today. Protests against the Israeli actions in Gaza have been erupting across the country for months and while the demonstrations are becoming increasingly aggressive, authorities appear incapable of containing them. The Freedom Party will create new guidelines about what is acceptable in protests and what are offenses that can result in jail time or hefty fines. They will also increase the strength of the military to help quash unruly protests as well. Canada’s youth are feeling disenchanted and pressured as they try to establish themselves economically. A chronic lack of housing supply has put home ownership out of reach for most young people, and many are struggling to make rent. According to the RCMP report, “The coming period of recession will … accelerate the decline in living standards that the younger generations have already witnessed compared to earlier generations.” The Freedom Party of Canada will revamp the housing industry completely, including reducing housing and rent prices and introducing new rules to reduce foreigners, corporations and speculators from buying up single family homes. Beyond the bleak economic outlook, the RCMP report also identifies climate-related issues, AI development, and a possible loss of Arctic sovereignty due to the encroachment of other countries as issues undercutting the faith of citizens in government and inspiring people to lash out. Professional Protesters) who have received government funding for EI or welfare will have to pay it all back! And there will be a 10 year moratorium on them receiving any further government funds! The White House doubled down on Sunday. Violence Erupts As Anti-Israel Mobs Clashes With Police On NY College Campuses (Red Voice Media, April 23, 2024) Late Monday night, a group of anti-Israel protesters armed with flares marched towards the New York City Police Department (NYPD) headquarters following reports that over 150 students had been arrested at New York University (NYU). The escalation at NYU saw over 150 protesters arrested as the encampment at Gould Plaza was dispersed. A spokesperson for NYU described the protesters as “disorderly, disruptive, and antagonizing,” leading the university to request intervention from the NYPD. There was a young masked blonde woman who carried a sign menacing a group of pro-Israel counter-protestors as “AL-QASM’s NEXT TARGETS,” referring to the armed wing of Hamas that led the October 7th attacks and arguably a direct incitement to violence and clear grounds for expulsion under Columbia’s code of conduct. A Jewish woman, Sahar Tartak, was poked in the eye with a Palestinian flag and had to go to hospital. But the most loathsome aspect of the weekend’s horror shows on both sides of the border was the unanimity with which pro-war, pro-eradication of Jewish and Israeli life, and pro- terror slogans were embraced by the crowds. The whole crowd joined in on chants of “Go back to Poland,” and “Burn Tel Aviv to the ground.” Two weeks ago in downtown Toronto, a “ceasefire now” pro-Palestine protest let its mask slip when, upon hearing a loudspeaker announcement that the Islamic Republic of Iran had sent 300 drones and missiles to Israel, virtually all those present, including children, hooted and cheered in delight. And, of course, in Ottawa, practically the whole crowd went along with gleeful chants in support of October 7. These protestors are not for peace, they are for violence— seemingly even beyond the borders of Israel and Palestine. When they say death to America and death to Israel, I believe they mean it. Columbia University Threatens to Expel Students Occupying Building in Pro-Palestinian Demonstration (Epoch Times, 4/30/2024) Columbia University has warned students who took over and barricaded themselves inside a building on campus as part of an ongoing pro-Palestinian demonstration that they face now expulsion. Protesters first took over Hamilton Hall early on Tuesday morning after defying orders to disperse from an earlier encampment they had set up at Columbia University’s Morningside Campus in New York City. Participants were seen vandalizing the building and moving furniture and other items into the entryways. In a statement Tuesday, Columbia spokesperson Ben Chang said “students occupying the building face expulsion,” and those who defied the earlier calls to disperse on Monday were being suspended. “Protesters have chosen to escalate to an untenable situation—vandalizing property, breaking doors and windows, and blockading entrances—and we are following through with the consequences we outlined yesterday,” he said. The Freedom Party of Canada will only tolerate peaceful protests. Peaceful protests do not vandalize property, do not set up encampments and pretend to take over or own that property and do not infringe on the rights of others. Agitators broke into the main Hamilton Hall administration building on campus early on Tuesday morning, breaking windows and doors to do so. After the footage went viral online, House Speaker Mike Johnson posted, calling on Columbia President Shafik to "resign immediately" and said the students were engaging in "terrorism." They then barricaded the doors to Hamilton Hall with furniture as people around the building chanted anti-Israel sentiments. Students were allegedly assaulted on campus as the occupation took place as footage was recorded by members of the media. NEW: Portland State University shuts down amid Antifa siege of library at Gaza 'liberation' autonomous zone (PM, April 30, 2024) Portland State University shut down on Monday after Antifa members in the Gaza Camp protest seized the library on campus. The library at PSU was taken over and doors were barricaded on Monday evening. On Tuesday morning, an announcement was sent out saying that the campus would be shut down. Antifa members wrote on the walls about "geocoding" their enemies. The takeover was similar to those seen at Cal Poly Humbolt. The shutdown took place after the school made concessions to protesters last week over grants being given to the school from Boeing. PSU president Ann Cudd wrote an announcement and sent it to the student protesters last Friday to make inform them about the pause in accepting gifts and grants. The concession from PSU comes amid dozens of Gaza Camp protests happening across the country at different universities. The statement read in part, "This week I received a letter signed by a number of members of the PSU community, sharing concerns about PSU’s relationship with the Boeing Company. Indeed, I have heard many students and faculty express that they would like to see PSU cut ties with the company." She added, "In consideration of the strong feelings that have been expressed, PSU will pause seeking or accepting any further gifts or grants from the Boeing Company until we have had a chance to engage in this debate and come to conclusions about a reasonable course of action." After the encampment went up, some of the protesters were evicted from the campus by authorities last week. According to Andy Ngo on X: At the request of the @Portland_State administration, the “Camp Palestine” occupiers were evicted by police in the middle of the night. Most of them are not students at PSU. Antifa have been organizing on X, telling their militant comrades to flood the campus. Ann Cudd, PSU president is gutless! You don’t negotiate with terrorists! I would have said to them “You’re in a position to demand nothing!” As for these protesters not being from the universities, I suspect they are being funded by terrorists like George Soros!
