Immigration How Mass Immigration and Illegal Immigration are Ruining Canada under Justin Trudeau Part 2
Ottawa Spent $100M on Hotels for Asylum Seekers in Niagara Falls Over Past Year (Epoch Times, 3/27/2024) Ottawa spent more than $100 million on hotel rooms for asylum seekers in Niagara Falls over a year, after nearly 5,000 individuals were transferred to the city between February 2023 and February 2024. The information was disclosed by the government in response to an Inquiry of Ministry filed by Conservative MP Tony Baldinelli, who represents Niagara Falls. A total of 4,896 asylum claimants were transferred to Niagara Falls hotels within the one- year period, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) said. The IRCC leased a total of 2,787 beds in hotels in the city, with 2,018 of them being in use as of Feb. 1, 2024. Rooms are said to house between one individual asylum seeker and families of up to six people. While exact total costs were not provided, IRCC said the average cost for each asylum seeker is $208 per day, which includes “rooms, meals, services and security.” The IRCC notes that those who have resided in the hotels and later left had stayed in the hotels for 113 days on average. The total bill for the year is estimated to be around $115 million based on the averages provided. IRCC also broke down the nationalities of those staying in Niagara Falls, with Nigerians making up the largest share of asylum seekers at 12 percent overall followed by people from Venezuela, Kenya and Turkey who made up 10 percent of the share of those housed in hotels each. It is unknown, according to IRCC, how many asylum claimants have moved into private housing as the agency does not track the whereabouts of asylum seekers after they leave the government-funded hotels. It did not provide the details on which specific hotels were being used to house asylum seekers, citing privacy and safety issues. Last year the federal government spent approximately $769 million on housing asylum seekers across different parts of Canada, with the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) receiving at least $100 million in funds. At the Roxham Road unofficial border crossing in Quebec, over 105,000 illegal immigrants crossed into Canada over a period of five years. Following an agreement with the United States in March of last year that updated the Safe Third Country agreement between Canada and the U.S., the number of illegal immigrants arriving at Roxham Road has diminished, but asylum seeker numbers have since increased at Canadian airports in Ontario and Quebec, according to federal data. Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) statistics show that despite the Roxham Road crossing being closed in March of 2023, the number of “irregular border crossings” between ports of entry in the second and third quarters of last year was higher than the same period in 2022. THIS IS HIGHLY ALARMING…. TRUDEAU HAS BASICALLY LET ANYONE INTO THIS COUNTRY AND SPENT BILLIONS OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS ON THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE WANDERING FREELY THROUGH OUR COUNTRY, POSSIBLY TO HARM CANADIANS OR COMMIT ACTS OF TERRORISM! THIS IS AN ACT OF TREASON BY JUSTIN TRUDEAU! AND YET, HE DOESN’T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR CANADIAN VETERANS…WHAT A HYPOCRITE! Age of First-Time Mothers Rises Nearly 6 Years Between 1965 and 2019: Report (Epoch Times, 3/28/2024) The average age of first-time mothers has risen just shy of six years since 1965, a new report has found. The average age of a new mom in 1965 was 23.5 years. That number has steadily increased, coming in at 29.4 years in 2019, according to a report published by the University of Calgary’s School of Social Policy. “The average age of mothers at first birth has increased in all provinces” since 2012, the report found. The report’s authors concluded that falling fertility rates would have implications for public policy, including immigration quotas, school construction, and financing of pensions. Canada’s fertility rate dropped to a record low in 2022 with an average of 1.33 children per woman, according to Statistics Canada. The decline in total fertility rate from 2021 to 2022 was 7.4 percent, and was the largest since 1971-1972 when there was a 7.6 percent drop in fertility rate, the government agency said. While Canada’s population grew 3.2 percent in 2023, it was largely due to immigration. “Without temporary immigration, that is, relying solely on permanent immigration and natural increase (births minus deaths), Canada’s population growth would have been almost three times less,” Statistics Canada said. So 1971-1972 had a birth decline of 7.6%. Who was Prime Minister? Pierre Trudeau So 2021-2022 had a birth decline of 7.4%. Who was Prime Minister? Justin Trudeau See a pattern here? Pierre Trudeau promited multiculturalism… bringing in immigrants as opposed to encouraging Canadians to have children. Justin Trudeau promotes anti-white ideology and massive immigration as opposed to encouraging Canadians to have children…and he’s created such massive inflation that they can’t afford kids, while bringing in immigrants and paying them more money than natural born Canadians. The Freedom Party of Canada will implement policies that create home affordability and give financial benefits for Canadian women having children. It’s time we grow our country from within and not from without from peoples and countries who hate us and our way of life! Canada Should Cut Immigration to Ease Housing Crisis, Canadians Tell Federal Researchers (Epoch Times, 3/27/2024) Canadians want the government to cut immigration to ease the housing crisis across the country, according to new focus group data. Asked whether they thought Canada was currently experiencing a housing crisis, all believed this to be the case,” said a Privy Council report, called Continuous Qualitative Data Collection of Canadians’ Views. “Asked to identify the most significant challenges related to housing that needed to be addressed by the federal government, participants put forward a range of responses,” it said. “These included building more homes, providing greater assistance to first time homebuyers, lowering interest rates, temporarily reducing the rate of immigration as a way to alleviate demand for housing, and banning real estate speculation.” A Leger poll from November 2023 found that the number of Canadians who want to welcome more immigrants dropped to 9 percent from 17 percent the year before. Those who said Canada should welcome fewer immigrants increased from 39 percent to 48 percent at the same time. In 2023, 471,771 permanent immigrants moved to Canada, and an additional 804,901 non- permanent residents arrived, according to recent numbers from Statistics Canada. That’s about 1.2 million people who we have to find homes for or who displace Canadians from finding a home. The Freedom Party will put a quick stop to this and cut off all immigration and illegal immigrants and refugees until this situtation is completely fixed!!! Illegal Alien Mob Fights Police At A Free Housing Shelters In New York (Red Voice Media, April 12, 2024) Recently released police bodycam footage reveals a tense encounter as law enforcement officers in Yonkers grappled with a group of unruly illegal aliens at a local hotel, which was housing criminals. Upon entering the lobby, the officers confronted Arnal Kent, 35, and proceeded to take him into custody while being surrounded by a group of other illegals. In the footage, Kent can be heard protesting in Spanish and expressing resistance, leading to a scuffle with the officers. During the altercation, an illegal alien woman, identified as 24-year-old Yainilet Hernandez, is seen pushing the officers and obstructing the police from placing Kent inside a police vehicle. Canada’s Strong GDP ‘Misleading’ by Not Adjusting for Soaring Population Growth: Fraser Institute (Epoch Times, 4/14/2024) While Canada’s governing politicians have often used gross domestic product (GDP) growth as evidence of strong economic performance and successful policy, a new study says if the cited figures don’t account for population changes, they present a “misleading picture.” “Canadian governments of all stripes have for many years touted Canada’s economic growth using the overall GDP growth rate. But because of Canada’s massive spike in population in recent years, not adjusting GDP growth for population changes provides a misleading picture of the country’s economic performance,” said study co-author Ben Eisen, a senior fellow at the Fraser Institute, in a news release on April 11. The study also tracked Canada’s rate of economic growth under the leadership of Mr. Trudeau and his four predecessors. “This metric shows that the rate of economic growth in Canada has been slower in recent years than in earlier historical periods,” it said. Growth during the tenures of Mr. Justin Trudeau (1.6 percent) and Mr. Harper (1.5 percent) have been much lower than that under Brian Mulroney (2.1 percent), Jean Chrétien (3.4 percent), or Paul Martin (3 percent), the authors wrote. When adjusted for population, the study says real per-person economic growth has been “nearly stagnant” since 2015 under the Trudeau government, averaging just 0.3 percent. Of course, Justin Trudeau will try to mislead the Canadian public at every opportunity! He just can’t be trusted! Illegal Alien Who Killed Democrat Advisor Previously Freed On Open Border Policy (Red Voice Media, April 17, 2024) In a tragic incident that has sparked controversy and drawn attention to the issue of the illegal alien invasion of our country, 18-year-old Elmer Rueda-Linares was arrested in connection with the death of Kurt Englehart, a senior adviser to U.S. Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, a Democrat. The fatal crash occurred around 4:30 a.m. on April 6 at the intersection of Kietzke and Peckham lanes in Reno. Rueda-Linares was initially charged with felony hit-and-run, but the charge has since been amended to failing to stop at the scene of an accident. He is currently held at Washoe County Jail on a $100,000 bail. According to the Department of Homeland Security, Rueda-Linares entered the United States illegally on March 12, 2021, near the Rio Grande City, Texas, Port of Entry without inspection by an immigration official. Despite being arrested by United States Customs and Border Protection, he was released on his own recognizance on June 22, 2021. This Catch and Release Agenda is visible in all Left Wing Governments including Biden’s America and Trudeau’s Canada. We will put an end to this in Canada! Watch the video that follows where the Mayor of Chicago wants to give $70 million to immgrants instead of taking care of their own people and the Elites forcing Open Borders on the Public! The Left is insane! Canada’s population growth is exploding. Here’s why (The Hub, April 26, 2024) As a professional demographer who has carefully followed Canada’s demographic evolution over the past three decades, I am shocked by some of the most recent demographic data released by Statistics Canada. From 1991 through to 2015, the year in which the current government was first elected, the annual growth in Canada’s population grew in a predictable manner at an average of roughly 320,000 persons per year. Following 2015, that growth has rapidly accelerated. Following a temporary dip in population growth due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Canada’s population growth reached just over half a million in 2021 (509,285 persons), close to a million in 2022 (930,422), and then an astronomical 1.27 million persons in 2023. Put another way, whereas for several decades Canada’s population growth rate hovered at about 1.0 percent annually, this rate has more than tripled in a few short years, up to 3.2 percent in 2023. In even starker terms, the 2023 rate of population growth is like adding a new Saskatchewan to Canada’s total population in slightly less than a single calendar year. As of 2023, there is not a single country in the G7 or in the OECD that has a population growth rate even close to Canada’s. Population growth in the U.S., for comparison, is currently at about 0.5 percent. Even prior to the recent upturn, Canada’s rate of population growth was actually the highest in the G7 and among the highest in the OECD. Most astoundingly, in making international comparisons, Statistics Canada now points out that Canada in 2023 is among the 20 fastest-growing countries in the world, ranked beside several very high fertility countries, largely situated in sub-Saharan Africa. While Canada’s current population growth of 3.2 percent is obviously not sustainable, a constant growth rate of 3.3 percent would imply a doubling in Canada’s total population in under 25 years. When Sean Fraser was first appointed to the Trudeau cabinet as immigration minister in the fall of 2021, Canada’s growth rate was roughly 1 percent. By the time he was shifted from immigration to housing and infrastructure in the summer of 2023, Canada’s growth rate had climbed to its current heights. As many commenters have pointed out, it is somewhat ironic that the minister appointed to fix the issue of housing affordability was the minister of immigration who allowed this unprecedented growth in population. In the summer of 2023 when Canada’s population was growing at a rate that had not been seen for almost 70 years, Fraser attempted to downplay the link between population growth and rising housing costs, saying that the solution to the country’s housing woes should not involve closing the door to newcomers. Bottom Line: Housing costs and Rental Costs are jacked up because immigration numbers far exceed Housing Starts. This is unsustainable…and only a traitor like Trudeau would do this to Canadians! This is done on purpose folks. To create the problem to allow for One World Government…first they have to destroy democracy in countries in order to bring you their solution to the problem they, themselves created! Click the image below to see how Liberals (in the USA Democrats) are allowing mass immigration to secure future voters so that they can win elections.. It’s a power grab! Canada’s Immigration Conundrum: Economic Boon or Bust? (Epoch Times, 5/1/2024) Immigration is a hot topic lately. Until recently, anyone questioning the “immigration is good for the economy” mantra was ruthlessly shouted down and labelled a bigot. The question Canadians are increasingly asking themselves after two years of unprecedented immigration levels and a six-year growth depression is: “Is immigration a benefit, or has it become a root cause of our economic problems?” Given the crashing birth rates of people born in Canada, more immigration seems logical. However, many less developed nations have exploding populations but remain mired in poverty. The new consensus that population stagnation leads to economic catastrophe is not playing out. The benefit of immigration depends on largely two factors. One is the potential productivity of new immigrants relative to the existing population base, and the other is the ability of the host nation to provide infrastructure and an economic system that allows new arrivals to flourish. Lately, however, something that was a strength has become a significant weakness. The two factors needed for immigration to add to prosperity are absent. First, immigrants in recent years seem to be less skilled than in the past. Many don’t have English- or French- language skills and are from countries with low educational attainment. In the past, Canada would attract the best and brightest from other nations in search of opportunity. As Canada has declined economically relative to the rest of the world, fewer high-potential immigrants come here and all too many want to leave soon after arrival. Canada has dropped from a top 5 nation in terms of living standards to not even being in the top 20. High-talent immigrants have better alternatives than those to be had in Canada. The second issue is that Canada is losing its ability to provide an environment where immigrants can flourish. There is a shortage of affordable housing and high-paying jobs. Taxes are high and food prices have soared to the point that average disposable income is declining if we look at the issue honestly. There is little doubt that average GDP per capita and wages would be significantly higher now if it were not for the government’s reckless immigration policy. Canada has used immigration as a panacea to hide dysfunctional and redistributive economic policies, like a drug abuser uses opioids to deal with pain and to avoid the causes of his discomfort. Canada needs an immediate immigration reset. The number of immigrants flooding into the country needs to be severely curtailed. Those allowed to enter should have the potential to be productive. The economic framework of Canada needs to be repaired and reformed before we can start accepting previous levels of newcomers. So the bottom line is this: - Immigration in and of itself is not a good thing. You need educated and productive immigrants to affect the country positively, otherwise they are a drain on the economy - Trudeau is to blame for reckless immigration which has created a lack of housing, rental units and a massive surge in rental and home prices. He has flooded Canada with low skill, low language and immigrants who do not agree with the traditions and culture of Canada. - If you’re called a bigot for questioning immigration, you just identified a Leftist, Globalist, Socialist or Communist - Has immigration become a root of our problems? Yes and no. The root of our problems is Justin Trudeau who has used immigration as a “tool” to destroy the country. It is not his only “tool”… the fake Climate Change Hoax and Green Agenda is another. - the assumption that increased immigration equals prosperity is totally false. In fact, Canada prospered quite nicely in the 1970s with about 22 million less people than today! - Canada needs to stop immigration now until our economy is fixed. We need to decrease housing and rental prices, provide more housing, eliminate foreign buying of real estate, and curtail the greed in the housing market. Click on the video below to see how Ireland is bringing in mass immigration like Canada under Trudeau. The Irish are Angry …. this Globalist Agenda to destroy countries through immigration must stop!!! For all those who still have blinders on..... Trudeau has brought an unprecedented 4.7 Million immigrants in 8 years....Overwhelming our hospitals, our resources, driving up housing affordability, drying up Canada's food banks and a sharp crime increase. Click on the image below to see the video “Weapons of Mass Migration” by Epoch TV (May 9, 2024) Immigration’s Counterproductive Results: The Relationship Between GDP, Productivity, and Immigration (Epoch Times, 5/9/2024) Immigration Minister Marc Miller embraces the mantra that Canada needs immigration to keep the economy going. That’s how experts say we’re supposed to get economic growth along with improvements in productivity and higher per capita GDP. But is that true? There are 2.5 million temporary residents in Canada, comprising 6.2 percent of the population, or barely fewer than the population of Toronto. Minister Miller’s claimed objective is to bring that percentage down to 5 percent. But that doesn’t mean stemming the flow of immigrants so as to lessen demand for housing and services. He wants “robust pathways” to permanent residency. In an interview on March 27 with U.S. National Public Radio, he said there’s apparently no limit to Canada’s open-door policy: “There is no doubt that we have made a conscious decision to be an open country and a country that needs to grow.” The first problem is that GDP as a measure of economic activity and national prosperity has limitations. Adjusted for inflation and also the increase in population, Canada’s per capita GDP was in freefall in 2022 and 2023—at minus 2.6 and minus 3.9 respectively. GDP says nothing about its distribution among the population. Substantially fuelled by bloated government spending and immigration, inflation enriches those who own housing and other hard assets, but it leaves behind those who do not own them. Notably, with demand overwhelming supply, immigrants’ housing needs and other requirements generate inflation and widen the gap between rich and poor. It’s also necessary to consider what GDP comprises. There’s a rough and ready distinction between investment and consumption, although the distinction is fuzzy. Broadly speaking, new and more efficient machinery improve productivity, enabling workers to deliver more value for the time they spend working. The consumption part of GDP includes a long list of necessary activities—everything from buying groceries to fixing broken windows, retailing goods made in China, and maintaining the superstructure of government. Conventional wisdom is that immigration is necessary to make up for the decline in the home-grown population resulting from a birth rate far below replacement. But two vicious circles follow. Much of Canada’s GDP involves building housing and infrastructure, and supporting immigrants—all consumption components. Newly arriving immigrants require housing, infrastructure, and services right away. The first vicious circle then is that even counting other construction workers with the mere 2.4 percent who are qualified artisans, immigrants don’t come close to building the housing they occupy. The second vicious circle is that along with paying onerous taxes, oppressive housing and living costs deter procreation for would-be parents in the existing population. Many employers promote immigration. That’s because immigrants tend to be more industrious and reliable than young home-grown Canadians. Immigrants and their children are generally prepared to work at current pay rates without clock-watching. A separate unasked question then is why we fail to equip so many able-bodied Canadians of employable age with marketable skills, motivation, and work ethic. It’s also necessary to consider that for decades, technology, robots, and more efficient use of labour have been eliminating jobs. Some estimates have it that up to a third of all current jobs will disappear over the next 10 to 15 years. For Canada …. per capita business investment, adjusted for inflation and population, has been declining and was sharply lower in 2022–23. There’s another problem. Too many immigrants take advantage of our generous welfare. When you include housing, education, health care and the necessities of life, it can cost taxpayers well over $2,000 each month to support an immigrant who doesn’t immediately get a job. That’s many times more than it costs to support someone in a refugee camp. The Fraser Institute has been saying for years that newly arriving immigrants cost taxpayers tens of billions of dollars more each year than they pay in taxes. According to Canada’s parliamentary budget officer, the federal government’s cost just for processing an irregular immigrant’s claim, over an average of 50 months, can be tens of thousands of dollars. Then add several times that much in provincial and municipal costs for sustenance in the meantime. So how much of this load can taxpayers go on carrying? There’s no limit apparently, according to Minister Miller. Of course, Canada has the duty to take in refugees at risk of persecution—actually a small proportion of all immigrants. Freedom Party of Canada takeaways from this article: 1. We don’t need immigration 2. Miller is a traitor to Canadians… robust pathways to permanent residency means open borders and ruining our country! 3. Immigration jacks up housing and rental prices. 4. No immigrant should be getting welfare before they pay into the system for 5 years minumum and should not be able to take out of the system more than they put in. 5. We need to stop treating immigrants like Kings and Queens and treat our veterans this way! Southern US Border Sees 143 Percent Jump in Imported Malaria: CDC (Epoch Times, 5/15/2024) Imported malaria cases in three southern border jurisdictions more than doubled in 2023 from the year prior, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). “During January–December 2023, a total of 68 imported malaria cases were identified from reportable disease surveillance systems in Pima, Arizona (18), San Diego, California (27), and El Paso, Texas (23),” the CDC said in a May 9 report. This is 143 percent higher than the 28 cases in 2022 when there were three in Pima, 12 in San Diego, and 13 in El Paso. “Because malaria case counts were higher than expected, enhanced case investigations were initiated,” said the agency. The CDC found that 15 out of 68 cases occurred among U.S. residents. Two were found in newly arrived refugees and two among travelers with unknown immigration status. The majority, 49 cases, were identified among “other newly arrived migrants,” including asylum seekers. Imported malaria cases in 2023 increased correspondingly to the entry of asylum seekers and other “migrants” into the United States via the southern land border, the CDC said. In addition to malaria, illegal aliens have brought other illnesses into the United States. Last year, a report from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) revealed that thousands of illegal immigrant children with tuberculosis were released from government custody. The CDC states that people with tuberculosis are infectious and can transmit it. In the report, Aurora Miranda-Maese, an HHS official, said that if tuberculosis were to become active, it would become “a threat to both the individual’s and the public’s health.” Canada Needs Path to Citizenship for Undocumented Immigrants While Speeding Up Deportations, Trudeau says (Epoch Times, 5/17/2024) There needs to be a path to citizenship for undocumented Canadian immigrants, while in other cases deportation proceedings must be “accelerated,” says Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. “There needs to be ... a pathway towards regularization and citizenship which I know [Immigration Minister Mark Miller] is working on. In some cases we need to accelerate deportation proceedings,” Mr. Trudeau said during a press conference on May 17. Canada’s population has surged in recent years due to immigration, with Statistics Canada estimating in March the country’s population passed 41 million, less than a year after it hit 40 million. Many immigrants are also undocumented, meaning they have either overstayed their temporary visas or entered Canada illegally. According to an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada briefing note from 2022, the exact number of undocumented immigrants is unknown but is estimated to be anywhere from 20,000 to 500,000 people. As of Jan. 1, 2024, Statistics Canada estimates there are more than 2.6 million non- permanent residents in Canada. This is a national disaster! You can be sure Trudeau will try to bring in as many immigrants as possible to gain votes and destroy the country! The Freedom Party of Canada will halt all immigration immediately until we have 100% employment in Canada, zero homelessness and we reduce the massive government handouts of free money! Chris Alexander: I am a former immigration minister. Unsustainable population increases won’t solve Canada’s underlying issues (The Hub, May 15, 2024) For the first fifteen years of this century, Canada’s annual immigration intake ranged from 220,000 to 260,000, though in 2010 we had 281,000, and in 2015, 272,000. From 2016 to 2019, between 286,000 and 341,000 newcomers arrived yearly. With the pandemic in 2020, this number fell to 184,000. From 2021 to 2024, it rose to between 405,000 and 485,000. In 2025 and 2026, our goal will be 500,000 new immigrants per year. In other words, the number of immigrants coming to Canada in a given year is now double what it was, on average, between 2000 and 2015. To put this in context, we now have the highest annual immigration levels since we admitted 400,900 newcomers in 1913 under Prime Minister Sir Robert Borden. While today’s annual immigration represents more than 1 percent of Canada’s population, in 1913 it was over 5 percent. But what else has been happening? In just three years, the number of non-permanent residents in Canada has quietly doubled. In the third quarter of 2021, there were about 1.3 million non-permanent residents in Canada: about 560,000 workers, half a million international students, and 166,000 asylum claimants. By the first quarter of 2024, there were 2.7 million non-permanent residents—with all three categories (temporary workers, international students, and asylum seekers) each more or less doubling in only three years. By March of this year, there were 329,000 asylum claimants in Canada, with 187,000 refugee protection claims pending before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB). (By way of comparison, in late 2015, at the end of my time as minister of citizenship and immigration, this backlog of pending claims was under 10,000.) In a very short time, we have gone from being a country that was praised for low debt levels, a competitive tax system, innovative firms, prosperous cities, an educated workforce, and leadership on issues from energy to immigration to one that is considered to be heavily indebted, less affluent, less attractive to investors and falling behind—to the point where a leading Financial Times columnist has branded us the leading “breakdown nation.” All thanks to Justin Trudeau… what a failure he is! And a traitor to all Canadians! And we wonder why there is no affordable housing anymore…. Traitor to all of Canada! UPDATE: Suspect Who Shot Two NYPD Officers Identified as Venezuelan Illegal (Red Voice Media, June 3, 2024) In a breaking update, it has been confirmed that the suspect who shot two NYPD officers in Queens is an illegal immigrant from Venezuela, identified as 19-year-old Bernardo Raul Castro Matta. This suspect, linked to multiple scooter-related robberies in Queens, entered the U.S. through Eagle Pass, Texas. Living at a migrant shelter in a former Courtyard Marriott hotel, Castro Matta fired at the officers during a foot chase, striking one in the stomach and the other in the leg. Both officers, now in stable condition, demonstrated extraordinary bravery and were wearing bulletproof vests. Upon their release from the hospital, they were met with cheers from fellow NYPD officers and citizens. It is clear that many illegal immigrants hate democratic countries like the USA and Canada and only want to come here to cause harm. Afghan "asylum seeker" brought his wife and 10 children to France. He does not work but wants free house, pocket money, free medical care, free education etc. Thoughts? (Radio Genoa, X, June 3, 2024) Ask Justin Trudeau….how to bankrupt a country 101….. bring in refugees who don’t work and want to suck your country dry of it’s resources and money that it’s taxpayers worked for. Federal Government to Give Quebec $750 Million for Surge in Temporary Immigrants (Epoch Times, 6/10/2024) Ottawa says it will give Quebec $750 million to help pay for a surge in temporary immigrants to the province, while committing to process asylum claims more quickly and better distribute would-be refugees across the country. See what Trudeau is doing here? (And Biden in the USA with his open borders) Bring in as many as you can, and give them voting rights in the next election to try to win the election. Forget if it destroys your country and the people within… Power is all that matters to him! RCMP Bust Group Accused of Smuggling Hundreds of Migrants Into US Through Ontario (Epoch Times, 6/8/2024) Ontario RCMP have arrested a group they say is behind a human smuggling ring that brought hundreds of migrants into the United States through Ontario. Police announced on June 6 that they arrested four individuals and warrants have been issued for four other suspects involved in what they described as a “large-scale human smuggling ring.” Among those charged are Thesingarasan Rasiah, 51, from Montreal; Joel Portillo, 38, also from Montreal; Justin Rourke, 43, of Saint Regis, Que.; Shawna Etienne, 47, from Kanesatake, Que.; Mary June Benedict, 48, from Akwesasne, Ont.; Cheyenne Lewis, 51, also from Akwesasne; Tionna David, 21, of Saint Regis; and Michael McCormick, 47, from Cornwall. Smuggling illegal immigrants into any country is serious. Those who do so will be penalized harshly!
