Peaceful protesters were harrassed and trampled upon with horses, had their bank accounts frozen, were jailed and we had a leader that would not listen to the people. Protesters were allowed to block highways for protesting events in the Middle East and organizations like Black Lives Matters (admittedly a Marxist organization) and Antifa were allowed to do what they want without punishment. Two rules seem to be in effect…one for natural born Canadians and one for immigrants… if they’re immigrants they just don’t know any better so the law doesn’t apply to them. Horse hockey!!! Severe Penalties for the Following Offenses will be put in place: 1) Any individual who desecrates any part of a cemetery will receive 10 years jail time or have to serve 10 years in the Canadian military. They will also have to pay back the individual or cemetery for the damage they created. 2) Any individual who alone or as part of a mob damages anyone’s personal or public business through vandalism, destruction or other methods will receive 10 years jail time or have to serve 10 years in the Canadian military. They will also have to pay back the individual or business for the damage they created. 3) Any individual who damages, vandalizes or pulls down any statue or monument in Canada, any plaque or historical information will receive 20 years jail time for trying to erase Canadian history. Alternatively, they may serve 20 years in the Canadian military. 4) Any individual who willingly or in a group consciously blocks traffic for any cause, just or unjust, will receive 10 years jail time and will repay any damages done to any individual, business or group. This will include traffic of any kind… roads and highways, trains, airports and planes and any other kind of traffic. They may also spend 10 years in the Canadian military. 5) Any individual caught in any way purposefully causing forest fires or fires that cause damage to anyone’s property will receive life in prison with no chance of parole. They may alternatively spend 20 years in the Canadian military with an ankle bracelet on at all times. 6) Anyone caught Doxxing someone (the act of publicly providing personally identifiable information about an individual or organization, usually via the Internet and without their consent) will receive 10 years in prison or may spend 10 years in the Canadian military. 7) Anyone showing up at someone’s personal home as an individual or in a group and yelling or harassing them will receive 5 years jail or 5 years in the military. 8) Any individual who has had dealings with the World Economic Forum will be put in jail for Treason with no chance of parole in their life. 9) Anyone who has or will receive money from anyone on the Canadian terrorist list will be put in jail for Treason with no chance of parole for life. 10) Anyone attacking a person physically over the age of 60 years old will receive jail for life with no chance of parole. Saving Billions of Dollars on Prisons and Prisoners Most crimes cost Canadian taxpayers a lot of money for incarceration. The Freedom Party of Canada realizes this and has an alternative. Violent criminal only gets probation after stabbing 94-year-old woman several times in San Francisco (PM, March 16, 2024) On Friday, San Fransisco man Daniel Caulch was sentenced to just five years probation and a supervision program after being convicted of violently stabbing 94-year-old Chinese and Vietnamese immigrant Anh 'Peng' Taylor in June 2021. During the sentencing hearing, Judge Kay Tsenin told Caulch, "I am giving you one last chance to stay out of state prison." This is the same “Catch and Release” kind of justice we’ve seen under Justin Trudeau here in Canada. What the judge really should have said is: “I’m a weakling who has no will to sentence you properly and you will go out there and kill again”. In this case it is not only the criminal who should be behind bars but the judge too because blood is going to be on her hands when this guy kills someone when he is let out! Repeat offender released after arrest for sucker punching Brooklyn woman in the face, breaking her jaw (PM, March 29, 2024) On Tuesday, a Hispanic woman was viciously attacked in Brooklyn by a violent repeat offender who was arrested but immediately released from jail due to New York City's progressive bail policies. Dulce Pichardo, 57, recanted the harrowing incident to ABC 7 News and explained that she was punched in the face by a man in an unprovoked attack while walking down Grand Avenue near Dean Street around 5 pm. She was left with a broken jaw and permanent damage to her lower lip. Pichardo's teeth were also knocked out during the attack and she might need to have surgery, she said. Elon Musk hearing about this said “Something is deeply wrong with the justice system”. He is right. We have judges who don’t administer justice. Judges who are appointed and follow the Left Wing Progressive policies that ruin our country. Elections for Judges every two years will hold them accountable! Repeat Sex Offender Sentenced to Jail After Watching Woman Undress in Gender Neutral Changeroom (Epoch Times, 4/4/2024) A 52-year-old British Columbia sex offender has been sentenced to 18 months in jail after being found guilty of attempting to watch a woman in a private changeroom at a community centre. This was not the first time Mr. Istephan had been in trouble on similar matters, the court heard. In 2001, he was charged with attempted kidnapping after he attempted to pull a 13-year-old girl into his vehicle while she was waiting at a bus stop, the court document noted. At the time, Mr. Istephan was referred to sex offender treatment. However, a report by the Forensic Psychiatric Services Commission said that Mr. Istephan had “no motivation” to participate in the treatment. Mr. Istephan was convicted again in 2007, this time for committing an indecent act in a public place after he was caught masturbating on a wharf in a swimming lake near Victoria, the court record said. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail and three years probation. Mr. Istephan was convicted in 2009 for breaching his probation after he did not complete a sex offender counselling program that he had been referred to by his probation officer. He was found to be in breach of his conditions again in 2014 after he was found within 200 metres of a school ground. “He is a repeat offender who suffers from a mental illness and refuses to participate in medical procedures for assessment and treatment of his mental illness. As a result, he poses a material risk to public safety,” Judge Gouge concluded. It’s not the first time gender-neutral bathrooms have raised concerns in Canada. Edmonton police say they arrested a 20-year-old man on March 5 after he attempted to sexually assault a 13-year-old while she was using a family change room at the Terwillegar Community Recreation Centre. “It was reported to police that a 13-year-old female entered a family change room stall and was followed in by an unknown male suspect who proceeded to sexually assault her,” a police news release said. Man charged with raping stepdaughter kills her, self after being released on bail in Massachusetts: police (PM, May 31, 2024) Juliano Santana, 49, was released from jail on a $30,000 cash bond in 2021 after being charged with six counts of aggravated rape of a child. The child in this case was his stepdaughter who was 13 years of age at the time. Santana was ordered by a judge to wear an ankle monitor and have no contact with the victim or anyone under the age of 18 per condition of release, court documents show. The victim was granted a restraining order and the judge set his trial date for July 29, 2024. On Thursday, Juliano Santana abducted his stepdaughter while she was walking on Great Road near Acton after school. The victim's mother reported her daughter missing to police around 4 pm. Authorities tracked Santana's location via his GPS ankle monitoring device, according to the Middlesex District Attorney. Police located Santana and the teen inside a parked vehicle outside a condominium off Route 2A. Santana was found dead with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound and the teen was pronounced dead at the scene. Judges without Judgement…allowing a child rapist out on the street before trial and he then kills his victim.
